Led by Joe Chavez, our Firewood Ministry serves church members and the Grass Valley community by providing free firewood during the colder months. It’s a practical way to share Christ’s love and ensure no one in our area faces the cold alone. Contact us to request firewood or to support this ministry.

InConcert Sierra, a separate organization, hosts exceptional music performances in our church facility. They bring world-class musicians and diverse concerts to our community.

Escher String Quartet

Church and community monthly quilt group. All skill levels are welcome. Bring a question, a project and sewing machine. Come to learn tips, tricks and techniques and make friends.

When: Third Wednesday of September through May (no summer meetings)

Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Location: Grass Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church Fellowship Hall

The Food Bank of Nevada County, a separate entity, distributes a variety of food to those in need using our church facility. They provide fresh produce, pantry staples, and essentials.

When: Second and Fourth Thursdays of each month

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Location: Grass Valley Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Our Shut-In Ministry brings church to those who can’t attend in person, whether at home, in a nursing home, the hospital, or elsewhere. Through visits, prayer, and connection, we ensure they feel loved, supported, and part of our church family, no matter where they are.

Our kids are the life of our church! We pride ourselves on the fact that our children love it here! Hopefully, yours will too! ☺️
